Measurement: Finger dip into the cream until you reach the first knuckle of your pointer finger or about 1/3 -1/2 tsp.
Menstruating women:
Use 2x daily (AM & PM)
Use for 3 weeks on and 1 week off. The week that you will not be using is the week of your period. Once your period is complete, you may restart the 3 week application.
You may choose to apply to either the chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms and thighs. These are areas of the body where the cream is best absorbed. Select ONE of these locations for each application, alternating locations EACH separate application to increase effectiveness.
Menopause and post menopause:
Use 2x daily (AM & PM)
Use for 3 weeks on and 1 week off. Since you are not menstruating, you get to choose what 1 week you will not be using the wild yam cream. After the 1 week that you have chosen is over, you may restart the 3 week application.
